You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  1. Damaged / Defective Item – If the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, you will be eligible for a full refund.

  2. Missing or Wrong Item – If your order is incomplete or incorrect, we will make it right at no extra cost to you.

📌 Refunds will only be initiated once the returned product is inspected and verified.

Exchanges (Size Issues)

If your item does not fit, you may request an exchange for a different size within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges will be processed subject to product availability.

  • A small exchange/handling fee + return shipping costs will apply.

  • The item must be in unused, unworn condition with tags and original packaging.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards.

  • Products that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by us.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at ishanaa.shopify@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, photos (in case of damage/defect), and reason for return/exchange.

  • If approved, we’ll share the shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

  • Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval/rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
